I live in Maine and we have a pick three and four day and eve.I don,t ever see anyone winning anything.I think no matter what number you play they know how much you bet on it.The Tristate lottery (Maine,New Hampshire and Vermont)is rigged.I,m always hearing Gee I was one number off last night or Gee my number came out last night,but I didn,t play it.They claim their drawing is audited with independent auditors.I also see the same numbers come out(they have the most repeated numbers then any othe

In the U.S. anyway, the State Lotteries are presumed innocent until proven guilty; even they are afforded that right. Extraordinary claims need to followed up with extraordinary evidence. I have not seen any. The burden of proof is all on the accuser. The accuser has not provided any evidence to show that the State Lotteries have 'Rigged' the games. Even though I may have my own suspicions, that's not enough. We Need The EVIDENCE, plain and simple.

And I do not care what lottery officials read this message, Indiana lotto is rigged. No if's, and's or butt's about it. Look at the stats for winners for each lotto (pick 3, 4, 5 etc.) and you can see there are few and far between winners. I also believe since they do NOT do live picks, they adjust the winning numbers to match the LEAST sets chosen... therefore pocketing more money and paying out less.

Excalibur,That's the beauty of RNG's based on atmospheric noise. What could be more timely and random than today's atmospheric noise? Good post thinktank! I think your theory is spot on. Of course none of our upstanding and honest lottery officials would ever admit to these type of tricks, but I would bet my bottom dollar that each and every Jackpot Lottery game around the world is rigged as you describe in your theory. Don't get me wrong, the low level workers in the different lottery commisions probably have no clue that this type of stuff goes on. The big guys at the top and the independent auditors are the culprits here
