There is such a thing of over thinking things. Even thought they use two set of methods to generate the numbers, the numbers that come out will still be from the pool of 39. As for me personally, I believe the 44 sets of 5 duplicate numbers are legit. Even though video tapes of any drawing prior to August 2007 are not available, remember just as Gretchen Dizer says just before the numbers are drawn, that the drawing is being observed by an independent auditor. The NY Lottery used to use KPMG as their auditor, but now it's Mercadien PC . KPMG is/was part of Peat Marwick, which was/is a third party auditing firm that verifies any business's financial books. So I just put in my numbers 5-9-13-20-23 ten times with power up. so that format is OVER DUE to come out the lottery keep holding it back the last 7 drawings because i'm playing it multiple times with power up when that format comes regularly in feb-march (check it) sc education lottery archives. So far the lottery hasn't let double 20's, or triple or four 20's come out since me playing that format is that a coincidence. They only let ONE or NONE 20's come out since me playing it multiple tim

Yes we all watched the drawings and seen those numbers come right before our EYES, but we all thinking it's random based on seeing what we see. What people like you don't realize that a computer program DETERMINE which numbers for the lottery to use, to place in advance in those air machines using weighted or magnitized balls. destiny thanks for stopping by, and to answer your question just playing the opposite won't help. THEY COUNTER IT, It would take to COVER ALL repeating 8 formats multiple times with power up $500 just to be able to catch 2-4 numbers. They can't totally counter 8 formats but could counter what I play and the opposite which I have been doing since mid 2017, along with 6 other counters I didn't play. I just played 1-5-15-20-22 7 times with power up. So look for one single which has come the last 7 drawings which is totally unusal too, 2 or 3, or 4 should of appeared by now in one of those drawings but because I played 2 singles multiple times with power up that is why. ok being that two 20's just came chances are only one will come out further dismantling my format single-single- teen-20's-20's for any good possible hit 3 or 4 numbers multiple times with power up. I didn't play today loss track of time watching movies, but i'm thinking someone probably played that single -single-20's-20's multiple times with power up as I would and the same COUNTER came 3 TEENS'and 30's 11-14-15-27-31 which is ridiculious 3 teens back to back to back unheard of!!
