I will study the Vtracks from TNTEAS posts, sometime in the near future and will try to integrate them with my filters.As to making a program (?) with them, that does not appear to be very likely, I will have to keep on using just what I already have.I could always the do Vtrack workouts by hand.And some of the filter workouts also in the same way.I am very advanced pick 3 filterwise.
