Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
Greedy state! The clerk (owner actually) at the beer store said the same thing. Took off the codes and now they had to recall the $1 tickets because the scanner wouldn't read winners. Couldn't get any new games there because of the re-call. I managed to find a new $5 ticket (Hershey's one) somewhere else, but I started off with 4 losers from #51-54. BWS #93 also lost. I have now lost on BWS #92, 93, 94 when there is that break after that. I'll give the new games a chance tomorrow, but the way th

check out this ticket
I had to study the second ticket to myself to make sure that it was not a winner. I think it sucks that the lotteries do this with the scratchoffs. That ticket reminds me of the gag lottery tickets some people purchase and give to unsuspecting people.

Scratch-Offs
Wonder if we have any psychiatrists on the board- I've often wonderd if a study of scratcher sales was done if it would show that those with Type A personalities are more prone to buy scratchers - I want to know right now as oppossed to waiting for the drawing. Just a thought.

MA "Texas Hold 'Em" game
Has anyone played this new scratcher? At $10, it's out of my price range, but it seems way too complicated. Now, I play the lottery pretty regularly. And I play Hold 'Em every week or two with my friends. But when I pulled one out of the wastebasket, I had to study it for 10 minutes to confirm that it was, in fact, a loser. (I'm a spatial-relations kind of person, and seeing the tiny printed cards on the ticket, it took a while to spot things like a full house or a flush that I'd normally see in

Tell Lottery Post what you think about scratch-offs! 👀
I've only bought 1 scratch-off ticket once..over 10 yrs ago.. It was a $2. Jumbo somethinother .. they also come in $5. and $20.prices I believe.. but there's Nooo way I'm gonna pay THAT much for an inevitable disappointing thrill... I'm too frugal for that..although I do ask other players I encounter if they ever win anything from the types of scratch-offs they buy.. Most say Yea .. I won $100., cashed it, and left the store immediately.. never bought another one since..cause THAT'S REALLY G

$750,000 Winner - Jingle Jumbo Bucks - 2010
CarHauler have you ever been to a store that displays winning tickets? here in TN, some stores will do this, i.e. display them on a wall or up around the register. This might be a good way to study winning tickets. as for complaining to the lottery, I say send them your feedback and see what they say. everyone is entitled to their opinion and it does not hurt to send your opinion. i love watching people get bent out of shape just because someone else posts something they do not agree with.

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
It only seems lucky for Holiday Gifts, but I got my second free ticket there, so I am hoping that this does not become the norm. I am 9 for 19 with this game at this store. I am watching not only the ticket number, but each pack individually. I wonder if someone else has figured out Jingle Jumbo Bucks, and that is why I am not winning. When I study the tickets, sometimes the cashier will ask what I am looking for, and I tell him the ticket number. He says it doesn't matter! What a crock! For

Any players in NC
I live in Boone NC and I've been playing Scratch Offs for the past 2 years on and off. I never scratch my tickets until I get home and then I wait till later in the evening when I'm having a drink around 5:30 or so then I slowly scratch and take my time with it. If I win then I will take my winners and cash them the next day. If I lose then I put the losing tickets in my collection of losers. I have a shoebox FULL of losing tickets that are interesting to study and look for patterns. It al

Working Scratch of tactics thread
You're right of course, $50 is steep. You shouldn't spend more than you can afford to lose. But they compensate on the $5o one. The odds of winning a big prize are great, and with about 1 in 3 paying off, that's good odds you'd get the fifty back or better. If you don't, well this is gambling. About 1 in three times you'd feel a small relief you didn't lose the money, slightly more often you'd be disappointed, and occaisionally you might be very pleased. Me, I do extra work, make things and
