Usually those kinds of problems are caused by the person's ISP (Internet Service Provider), when they cache (save) old web pages and deliver them to the person instead of always delivering the latest web page that the site is publishing. Someone experiencing a problem like that can simply clear out their browser's cache, and things usually return to normal. (Instructions are in the help forum for someone who doesn't know how to do it.) Also, pressing Ctrl+F5 can often be used to force the ISP
