Need some excel lookup and data sort help
is it possible to do a data search to look up say the number 33 within an excel spreadsheet? I want to be able to see how many times and which day ( date ) a specific number is played. Also, how can I do a sort to put the draw numbers n numerical order rather than draw order? I have excel 2010 and can only sort 1 string (draw) at a time. I want to be able to do multiples or is there a web site to download them in numerical order. Thanks y'all !

pick 3 reduction using mathematical methods and the scientific calculator
So I've essentially finished programming this project. All the functions work, user interface is complete and all functionality is good. All I'm adding now are the help page of the program and a few personal touches. Next all I need to figure out is how to get it to the people that want it. :) I back tested it a little bit and seems to be a reliable system although doubles and triples coming up is not figured in and the elimination using the current functions doesn't remove a lot of values. I'd

The Science Of Pick Patterns
No, he is the owner of that web site! He came here acting like he stumbled across it so people would not realize it. The funny thing is that it's the oldest trick out there, and very easy to spot. Who the heck registers at a website like Lottery Post just to find out what people think of some po-dunk website that they stumbled across?!?! DUH!

Indiana, RNGs & Allegations: Time to Test
MathWizard, Sometimes, like in the case of California's Daily Derby, an unintended problem exists that the lottery does not know about. In that game, it made certain combinations of numbers impossible to win, while making it easier to win for others. There was no one fired and no one ordered it up at the CA Lottery, but it existed all the same. Denying that such a problem could exist in the Indiana Lottery would be denying that computer programs have bugs. As a computer programmer, yo

Lottery Statistics Analyzer v 6.0.6 Settings
Same problems I had with it. It seems finding the best settings means looking at the charts, I wish you could just go by that range prediction of sorts in the text, but it does not seem to narrow that much. I had found that the settings can change from ball position to ball position which complicates matters considerably. Also its not just one of the 4 different kinds of analysis but which combination gets you into the ball park for each position. It is a no joke task, but I have had some succes

Math puzzle
This was heard on the Will Shortz Sunday Puzzle segment on NPR this past Sunday morning. Not exactly lotto, but I was thinking maybe these numbers could be turned into a lotto ticket if they're all within a matrix. Here's the puzzle: It comes from Scott Kim, the puzzle maker for Discover Magazine. He hasa 2010 page-a-day calendar just out called Mind Benders andBrainteasers. Here's one of the puzzles in it: Name five two-digitnumbers that are evenly spaced out like 32, 34, 36, 38 and 40
