Hi All, Last night's Take 5 numbers were all ODD numbers there are 20 ODD numbers 1 thru 39 and there was only one winner and I think this lucky person might of wheeled his/her picks using a Gail Howard wheeling system. He/She did not win by Quick Pick so to me a wheeling system did the trick. I was wondering the same thing myself Teu..I just figured most everyone on this particular post plays Pick 3 4. Also, not many people from Illinois, and I don't play any other states Pick 5. Actually I play IL Little Lotto exclusively. I don't play anything else. But I've never used a system of any kind, just my grey matter between my ears. Fast Eddie... You shoot stick ? Ha ha.. The Illinois Lottery is going to post on their web-site closer to the actual start date, around Feb. 20th I would assume. Payout structure goes like this: Parimutuel. Grand Prize is $100K. If no one wins, it rolls over for the next draw. 4/5 now pays a consistent $100. 3/5 now pays $10, instead of $5, and now match 2/5 get a $1. Also 7 days a week now. I know that they rotate the ballsets. I read about that on the old NY Lottery website. I really havent drilled down into the new site. Maybe it's in there somewhere. Back when I used to watch the drawings on WABC Channel 7 TV out of NYC, I noticed they did appear to move the numbers in the tubes above the drum. Then WABC moved the Live Lotto and Take drawings to their website. I watched it there a few times, but there were nights when they didnt even show the drawing. I'm not sure if that was
