Install shield seems to be software that is used for the installation of software-programs, it is a installer. A person needs to deal with these things ON SITE. The person having the problems can not do any thing as he or she does not know much of any-thing about computers. The best thing such people can do is to get local help and then have somebody teach them how to deal with such problems by themselves.

You are not going to be able to fix your computer yourself, probably, as you don't know how to. Whatever people tell you here or at any other forum, might not help you, as you would not know how to use any such info. Maybe you should try to find somebody right there where you are at, a local person, somebody who knows enough about computers and who has the computer tools-softwares to help you with. How many pre-test draws are normal?Reply
To me the worst thing is not how many pre-tests, post-tests, change of balls and machines they do, they could do a Million of them every-day and that would not help them any at all. The real problem is that they have a way of knowing if they want to which or what combinations were bought way before the drawings, again another reason to want to play online, but not with the state lotteries. One more reason to want to play online, if your state does pre-tests and post-tests or just too many pre-tests, maybe you would like to play another game where they do few pre-tests and no post-tests, I am aware of the changing of ball sets and machines and that is bad, but that does not mean that because of that, we have to like or at least not be bothered by pre and post tests.
