Why Do Mathematicians Consider The Lottery Random
To me it is a funny thing that people are Hung-Up on the word Random and also on Math. To myself, there is no such thing as Random and Math is wrong, well Math is not wrong as it is just a word, but a lot of people are wrong. People talk about random and Math and try to prove that either the lottery games are random or not random. Maybe they should be trying to prove that there is such a thing as random. Things don't just happen for no reason at all, there are chemical and physics

Why Do Mathematicians Consider The Lottery Random
What is random? Is it that which can't be predicted? What is prediction? Saying what will happen at a given time or section of time sometime in the future and being right about it? Is what will happen also saying that which will not happen at a given future time and would that also be taken as being a prediction of some kind? It would of course be easier to guess or say what will not happen than to say that which will happen. Can the future be predicted? If a person says that it will

is bet slip printing with the help of computer software programs illegal?
Yes, here on Tx the playslips say that: Don't use red ink So black or blue ink from a pen, marker or whatever might be O.K. Also a pencil can be used. The playslip says that the ticket must be completed manually and that if it is not the the tecket made from it will not be valid, but How will TLC know about it? They can't know unless you show the playslip to them. I don't know if the lottery terminal will print and or take a playslip was was not filled by hand, but the clerk who t

Wat's the best printer to print play slips
There are more or less 2 kinds of ink, the liquid one on injet printers and the powder one used on laser printers, I am not sure which of them is the one that they claim that might damage the playslip scanners, maybe the powder ink is the one, no matter what kind of ink is used, the playslips always produce and leave a lot of paper dust inside the machine that scans and prints the playslips, the inside of those machines have to be cleaned every so often, I don't know why ink of any kind will be

Wat's the best printer to print play slips
The store gets some money for every lottery ticket that they sell, so it is unlikely that they would mind your buying hundreds of combinations each month, no matter how you fill them out. They are right about Tx, I don't remember the reason, but think that it might have to do with the ink on the playslips getting in on the machine where the playslips are put in and doing something to the machine, but I think that it is a stupid reason and that maybe they just don't want people to buy hundreds

Is the Lottery Post self destructing?
Nobody probably should worry about anybody breaking the lotteries, if they had too they could always make other harder to win games and they do every so often.

Do states monitor Lottery Post??
I once talked to one from the Iowa lottery here at L.P. I am not sure, but I think that he has or had a more or less high position with the state lottery there and or the Power Ball lottery, yes he of course is a L.P. member and has been known to post more than once. There might also be others.
