I don't see a problem with it, assuming you mean that you'll be creating a new Topic in Spanish (not Forum). I'd recommend specifying in the Subject and in the first message of the topic that it is in Spanish, just so people know what to expect.

Running a forum can be as much an art as it is a science. The rules about posting in particular forums for certain topics is primarily for ensuring that if someone is looking for discussion about something, they can easily find it. However, it's also about fostering an environment where people can discuss topics in their own voice without conflict. Since you mention the Mystical forum specifically, I'll provide some context.
