Break it down. Consecutive pair yes or no, mirror pair yes or no. Cons pair combos, 20 out of 60 have a mirror pair. (series combos excluded). Non cons pair combos (excluding AE AO) 20 out of 30 have a mirror pair. Most states pay out 500 and 80, a couple pay 600 and 100. Missouri is one I don't know the others. A couple others NJ and Calif are para mutual could be more though.

Some states do not post their total payouts and number of winners on their websites and some do as far as what they paid out for a particular number on a drawing. Now if you are looking for the payout for a particular wager, go to lottery results, state, prizes/odds.
