The "- 0 +" Filter a possible new filter by Lantern.
This is the first one of 2 new filters of this kind, the second will be posted about a little later sometime. As always, beware of any possible mistakes that I might make and not know about! I named it that as I could not come up with another name and it seems to be good enough and short and simple. I have had also softwares that could not again be registered with the same original serial that was sent to me after buying the programs. This was due to me changing a hard drive for another and then installing the operating system on the newer hard drive. Program's that only update online probably should also have some kind of past draws import wizard such as Expert Lotto has. I also think that the program should be able to wheel in 2 ways: In the regular way and By each position it should also have filters as filter programs have that is filtered wheelers.
