How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
I think that you are right in what I read of your post, I didn't read all of it! But Let Douglas be, this is what he wants to do and is doing, it might help him with lottery prediction in some way.

anyone smart..
As he said, you would be 41 X more likely to win the $200,000 than the jackpot, due to the 42 powerballs, I guess. But what makes you thing that you have any chance at all? You can of course dream, same as everybody else. Good luck!

Quick Picks can't match the power of Self Picks
Most people who pick their own numbers don't know how to predict right, so their numbers are no better than quick picks. How many times do I have to say this? Perhaps a billion times!, As some people just NEVER get it. Birthdays, anniversaries, dream numbers, playing the same numbers all of the time, etc, those are not numbers picked according to a system that use past draws stats, so they are no better than quick picks, therefore the stats are are you said. Picks that are better pre

Yes, Todd, if people are interested enough to post something anywhere, they should also re-check those threads, just in case somebody responds to their post. But some people post and forget.I try to keep track of posts in which I post anything, just in case anybody says anything to me.Good luck.

Benford's Law
Probability or random that does not take into account pass behavior or past draws, will give fewer right predictions, than probability that does take into account the past draws.General probability is good in general, but not so good for particular uses like the lottery and even less usefull for a particular lottery like pick 3 than for the lottery in general. Results is all that counts.Good luck.

chaos
Just to maybe give some examples, the universe is finite even if it does have its expansions and contractions, it is a pocket universe and yet for all practical purposes it's infinite and even if it has ends, or borders or given dimentions (more or less) it is impossible to go to or to reach those borders and it is also impossible to break thru and to go across to where-ever or what-ever to beyond or to unknown So the same with random it might not be or exist, but for all human practica

Nothing at all happens just for the hell of it, not because we don't why, that that does not mean that there is no reason. It might be a physical law, or chemical or even metaphysical or supernatural or religious or spiritual or whatever you want to call it , but what-ever it might be or even a mix of, there are always reasons, the universe or creation is ordered and obeys stablished laws or set laws even if we are unaware of them, what appears to be random and or chaotic to us, it isn't so
