2 or 3 vertical lines appear to be similar to each other, that is all that I can see without doing sums, last digits, roots Etc, which I am not about to do right now.

Some horizontal lines seem to paralel or mirror or be similar to other horizontal lines.

Well, I see a vertical sequential repetition of digits-numbers, but little of the same on a horizontal plane. There are a few group consentrations of digits-numbers such as square, rectangles.
