Wyoming Gov. announces 9-member lottery board
Several newly appointed members of the board of the Wyoming Lottery Corporation say it's too early in the process to tell whether the state will sign on with an existing, multi-state lottery such as Powerball, establish its own statewide contests or possibly do both.
