An elderly woman from Bismarck, North Dakota, reportedly has been fleeced of more than $100,000 in an apparent lottery scam. According to a report filed recently at the Bismarck Police Department, a 70-year-old woman has contributed more than $100,000 to the scam since January 2003, including more than $50,000 in the last year.
