There are four winning tickets in Canada for last night's Lotto 6/49 draw. The $36 million prize was the third-largest in the lottery's history. Officials say based on high ticket sales, the jackpot grew to over $39.6 million. One of the winning tickets was sold in Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia, one in Ontario, and the other two were sold in Quebec.
