Scam sites offer bogus Hong Kong lottery tips

Tennessee to Join Powerball Lottery
The Tennessee Lottery will join the multistate Powerball game by early summer, officials said Monday.Members of the Tennessee Education Lottery Corp. board of directors voted unanimously to join the 26-state Powerball, an Urbandale, Iowa-based game with a jackpot that has risen as high as $315 million. Self-service machines coming for Texas Lottery games
