Florida Lottery officials say they don't anticipate problems as a multimillion-dollar upgrade of a vending system goes into place this month. An Estero man is taking home millions in Florida Lotto winnings, according to the Florida Lottery. Niranjan Patel, 41, claimed the $15.5 million jackpot from the drawing held Feb. 6 at the Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee, a press release states.
