Just curious to see how many people have actually hit any kind of jackpot in the past.
I hit my first jackpot back in 2000 at a casino in Hollywood Fl. It was only worth about a $1000 but it was exciting to see an entire line of machines going off. Then later that same year I put about $80 in a machine in a Tampa Fl casino and hit the jackpot for about $4500. I think this is when I really got hooked on casinoes, lol. I would have to say 2001 was my best year. I was at the same casino in Tampa Fl (seminole indian casino) and I had about $40 in this machine called "myan riches". I was betting the max bet which was $2 and I hit the top payout of $2000. I was excited but did not think too much of that win. Once the clerk cashed out the $2000 ticket I still had about $30 in the machine which I decided to play until the clerk came back with the money. I pushed the button twice and the row of machines went crazy. I had hit the jackpot for about $31,000. I could not believe my eyes. I think I may have burned a hole in the carpet running up and down the asile, lol. A couple weeks later in Coconut Creek Fl I hit another jackpot for about $7000. Although I have not had that type of luck in the recent years I am still holding out for the "BIG ONE": a nice size lotto jackpot!

i opt not to go for jackpots at slots when only a little more gets me a chance at a lottery jackpot.

I've redone my website. Go to www.dr-ew.com. I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff. Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I haven't had much luck lately...The most I won at a casino was $45 and the funny thing was that I hit for 900 coins, then I realize that I was on the nickel machine not the quarters ones...Darn...Must of had a blonde moment... LOL

years ago when online casino's were getting more popular I gave in and signed up for one and wouldn't you know it I hit the slot jackpot for $1,000. And yes they paid me.

i live not very far from tunica,mississippi and the casinos but i just like playing the lottery better........

I was 1 number away from winning the old 5/26 Fantasy 5 in FL. I got a nifty $38, but was really close to winning $30 odd thousand.

I won a pig one time at a county fair...........and gladly took it. Me not know much about pigs, I asked the guy how I was going to get it home and he told me that I could go and get a cage and he would keep it safe for me. I went to Wal-mart and bought a 35 dollar cage to transport him in. On the way he ends up getting the squirts (not good at all for velour seats - trust me). When I got home he broke out of my grips and took off at about 80 miles an hour across the street. He did this at the exact moment that a little old lady was driving down the street. She sees the pig, slams on her brakes and proceeds to skid into the concrete seperating the street pavement from the sidewalk. She manages to get over the ledge and ran the front of her car under a tree. One of the limbs cracked her wind shield. Total cost:
Pig - FREE
Cage - 35 bucks
Carpet cleaner - 5 bucks
New wind shield - 150 bucks
Free Pig equals about 190 dollars and I am still better off with him then playing the pick four in Illinois. Pig was never seen again.
