Anyone know where the Hot Lotto Jackpot ticket was sold?

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Hot Lotto, as was Powerball originally, is a game intended for lotteries that cannot offer multi-million dollar jackpots. Hot Lotto is not as attractive to players as Powerball is, or at least that's what the states think, and that is why not too many MUSL states offer Hot Lotto. Wild Card 2 and 2 By 2 are MUSL games that are meant to be regional.

I found out where it was sold. New Hampshire is home to the new millionaire.

It puzzles me why Rhode Island refuses to offer Hot Lotto. I'd like to see Connecticut offer it as well, although 6/44 Classic Lotto is a good game.

I think Hot Lotto's problem is that it's exactly the same as Powerball, but with lower odds. Pick 5 white balls, and a bonus number. Maybe if they replaced Hot Lotto with a "new" Lotto-America, like a 6/49, 2 plays for a buck, then maybe more states (at least ones without it's own pick-6 game) would join.

Lotto South is only in 3 states, VA (the state that runs the game), GA, and KY.
