I would like to use this opportunity to show you how to use the search tool to find the answer.  Your question is an excellent one, but using the search tool will sometimes help you find answers much quicker than waiting for someone to respond.

    1. In the Forums menu (in the blue menu bar above), select Search.
    2. In the Search For box, type state rng.  The word state, followed by one space, followed by rng.  Leave All Words selected, which will search for messages than contain both words.
    3. Change the Date Range to Last 3 Months.
    4. Click Start Search, and I think you'll find some relevant results.

If you want a more in-depth search, try changing Search In to Topic Subject & Message Body.  It will take a little longer to search, but you'll get more results.

Check it out and let me know how it goes!
