Here's a copy of an email I received.  What sux is they tied in a reputable australian lottery . I contacted Tattersall's House and of course they never use a third party to contact their winners.

Tattersall House,
217 St Kilgar Lane,
Melbourne, VIC 6002

Ref: TTALL/1117AUY/AUST
Draw No.: 2433
Winning No.: 28-18-36-4-12-30
Date: 13-11-04

                               WINNING NOTICE
We happily announce to you the draws of the Tattersall House
international lottery programs held on the 13th of November 2004 here in
Australia in which you and nine (9) provisional winners were selected as
winners under draw No. 2433.

Your e-mail address attached to ticket number: 08-04-33-38-BL-UK drew
the lucky numbers: 28-18-36-4-12-30, which subsequently won you the

system and from 50,000 companies. You have therefore been approved to
claim a total sum of $370,198.63 (Three Hundred and Sdventy Thousand and

confirmation and clarification by our payment office in Europe.

Our European agent will immediately commence the process to facilitate
the release of your funds as soon as you contact him. To avoid
unnecessary delays and complications, please quote your Draw, Reference and
Winning numbers in any correspondences with us or our designated agent.

Please include your telephone number(s) when contacting the agent.
