  The Massachusetts lottery seems to have changed its rules and now out of state residents can get a season ticket for Mega Millions.  You save $14 on a 1 year (104 drawings) season ticket on their Christmas special. It's a good deal if you'll be in MA before the end of the month.

  But don't buy a season pass for Megais bad$- still annuity only. (BTW you can also play Mass Ca$h this way).
