  Interesting news story today about a jackpot winner who exhausted his winnings and turned to a life of crime, a total of 77 burlaries in all.  If he was going to rely on 500,000 pounds sterling for the rest of his life (he was 41 when he won), perhaps he should've investigated in relocating to a Central American country, such as Costa Rica...

  Try Guatemala. I worked with a guy from there and he says you could live like a king. 6 Guatemala dollars for every US dollar.
