AL is bordered by lottery states Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee.

    they will never start a lottery. there are too many bible thumpers in the way.

    I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

        All but the most extreme conservatives are being stubborn about the lottery. Heck, Dubya approved Mega Millions when he was Governor of TX. The reputation of the lottery, and gaming in general, is changing.

          Bush was already president when TX signed on to Mega Millions. How can you say W is strongly in favor of multi-state games when his brother Jeb kept Powerball out of Florida?
