A new wrwheel or a chance to win $2000

The very least (theoretically) Quantity of Combinations required for 100% cover of 5 if 6 in 16 number is 133.47 -- 134 tickets (source World Lotto http://requirespace.com/uk-lotto/wheeling.html)

Current world record wheel for a 5 if 6 in 16 numbers is 224 tickets (source Lotto Architect database http://www.lottoarchitect.com/)

Lottonet Integra XP is a software that contains over 3000 lotto systems..

LOTTONET INTEGRA Xp

5 out of 6 Guarantee System 16 (16 numbers) 5 out of 6 is 202 tickets (source http://statelotto-usa.com/10_table.htm)

Maybe the system 16 of Lottonet Integra XP is a new wrwheel or maybe not and the user have a chance to win 2000 (This is only theory)

Information about compensation (http://statelotto-usa.com/compo.htm)

The sofware is expensive, with discount about $139

What do you think?

Perhaps a better wheel can exist. We haven't reach yet the absolute minimum for many wheels (especially bigger ones). One thing to note is that the theoritical minimum in many cases cannot be reached, or even to generate a wheel that is very close to this limit. This is true for bigger wheels.

If you have something to do, at least do it well...
