    The most overdue neighbor is 01 at 35 skips.  I just started tracking neighbors.  Here is my chart for Texas showing the neighbors and how many draws (combined database) they have skipped:

      Maybe you should try mixing the most overdue neighbor numbers you have on the chart above: 0, 1, 5, 6, 8, 9.  092 came at Midday yesterday, 916 at Evening last night and 098 at Midday today.  That was real consistent.

        Interesting!  Thank you, Texasman.  As I said, I just started tracking this stat.  Maybe the way to play it is as you suggest and get the 6 digits to play!
