NM started a unique 4-digit game in 2004; you play it straight only, but can win by matching only one number.

they already do offer a game with a similar style. it's called pick 4.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

What he means is being able to win by only matching 1 number (in NM's case, the last number). Sure most every state (at least on the East Coast) has a Pick-4 game, but you have to match them all.

personally, i like how NM has brought a new version of pick 4 to the masses, but i don't think i'd ever play it.

          NM still needs Hot Lotto.

If NY offered such a game, it would flop if it paid only 40%.
