  • Enter your picks with or without dashes between the numbers (i.e., 1-2-3 and 123 will both work fine)
  • Any character(s) can be used to separate picks from each other (i.e., 123, 456/789 will be correctly interpreted as 1-2-3, 4-5-6, and 7-8-9)
  • Feel free to insert line breaks wherever you wish - they will be ignored by the number parser

Numbers to Inspect:

Instructions
Lottery Post's Inspector 3 system is designed to inspect a list of Pick 3 number sets and tabulate them according to a series of classifications, allowing you to see if the numbers are biased in any way.  The Inspector 3 system does not create the intial set of Pick 3 numbers; you input the numbers from whatever source(s) you like, and it will process your numbers.  In addition, the Inspector 3 system can automatically generate a list of numbers based on predictions and/or past results.  (Use the popup menus on the Predictions and Results pages to generate the numbers in this manner.)

Below are specific instructions for using Inspector 3.  If you need additional assistance, try posting questions to the Pick 3 forum, where other Lottery Post will be more than happy to help.

  • You must be a Gold or Platinum member to have unlimited use of the Inspector 3 system.

  • Standard members have a free trial period of 20 uses before the system is locked.  Each time you click the Inspect Numbers button, your allowed usage is reduced by one.

  • You can enter between 1 and 10,000 sets of numbers to inspect.

  • The High/Low classification tabulates how many high digits (5-9) and low digits (0-4) the number has.

  • The Even/Odd classification tabulates how many even digits (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) and odd digits (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) the number has.

  • The Sums classification tabulates the sum of the three digits in the number.  e.g., the sum of the number 1-2-3 is 6 (1 + 2 + 3 = 6).

  • The Root Sums classification tabulates the root sum of the three digits in the number.  e.g., the root sum of the number 7-5-7 is 1 (7 + 5 + 7 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, 1 + 0 = 1).

  • The Key Number classification tabulates if the number contains a key number in at least one of the digits.  e.g., 1-2-3 contains the key number 2, but the number 4-5-6 does not.

  • The Number Type classification tabulates if the number is a single (ABC - all three different digits), double (AAB - contains only two unique numbers), or a triple (AAA - all digits are the same).

  • Ignoring Duplicates - Inspector 3 has an optional filtering system that can remove duplicate numbers from your list.  Selecting the first check box, Ignore duplicate numbers, will only include the first instance of a number which is repeated in the input list.  (In this case, duplicates are identified based on a straight match, not box combination.)

  • If you select the second check box, Also ignore duplicate box combinations, then any given box combination appearing in your input list will only be inspected once.

  • If you select the third check box, Remove duplicates from the input list, then in addition to ignoring duplicates during the inspection process, any duplicates will be deleted from the input box.  If you do not check this box, then any duplicate numbers will remain in the input box, even though they were not inspected.

      You're welcome, Justin. Thanks!

Hope you're right about the 016 box. Haven't given any thought to straight plays yet.

I don't have the exact stats handy, but GA is very, very near max out on a sum 6 or 7 Skips, combined draws.

Came up with these from a new workout that looks promising, if GA sees a single.

Had a pm asking for clarification of the above sum 6 or 7 stats.

It can be confusing. What I meant was ... there hasn't been a sum 6 or a sum 7 for 76 Combined draws. Most Combined draws out without either a 6 or a 7 all-time, is 82.

Separately, their most out stats are a lot higher. Most out for sum 6 indivdually, 200.....76 current skips for sum 6.

Sum 7 individually, 81 current skips, 110 is most out, considering sum 7 alone.

            Hope this helps.

And tracking Midday only, keep in mind that Midday still needs that overdue sum 12 or 15, with 12 appearing to be the most likely of those two after 2 consecutive Combined 15's (834 Saturday eve and 474, Sunday eve).

Thanks, timetowin and Qdg. Good luck to you, all!

Have been asleep for the last 6 hours or so.

Will have some "tag team" work up for you ASAP. Gonna see how fido's barkin pairz and my midday shot match up for straight plays.

In the meantime, here's a repost of Gumbolady's sums chart:

Congrats, Justin! WTG! Happy you caught it!

Let's hope one of those fifteen overdue sum 12 numbers shows up Tuesday. 69 midday skips now for sum 12, most out 72.

As Win d has pointed out, GA midday has now seen seven straight odd sums. Next draw should be an even sum, but who knows?

There've certainly been a lot of wacky things going on with GA's pick3 lately. Today was the third sum 15 in a row, looking at combined draws. Rarely do you see three consecutive identical sums, tracking any game, but glad you had it!

                          SUM 12- 039 048 057 066 129 138 147 156 228 237 246 255 336 345 444
