You may remember at the end of December, I showed a chart showing the triples in Texas.  At that time I said that trips would be due around January 14th (tomorrow)!

I think it is time to start playing all the trips for Texas.  Here is my chart of the trips for Texas showing the number of DAYS between trips:

 01/13/05 65 11/09/04 555 209 04/14/04 555 11 04/03/04 000 61 02/02/04 555 87 11/07/03 222 93 08/06/03 333 32 07/05/03 888 17 06/18/03 888 4 06/14/03 000 1 06/13/03 444 65 04/09/03 777 42 02/26/03 444 109 11/09/02 444 88 08/13/02 222 66 06/08/02 000 145 01/14/02 222 41 12/04/01 333 74 09/21/01 222 29 08/23/01 333 180 02/24/01 333 45 01/10/01 333 9 01/01/01 000 226 05/20/00 000 142 12/30/99 333 5 12/25/99 666 63 10/23/99 888 114 07/01/99 888 28 06/03/99 666 86 03/09/99 111 39 01/29/99 888 45 12/15/98 333 306 02/12/98 555 119 10/16/97 888 3 10/13/97 333 73 08/01/97 444 79 05/14/97 000 58 03/17/97 111 48 01/28/97 222 68 11/21/96 777 61 09/21/96 222 73 07/10/96 444 184 01/08/96 555 335 02/07/95 555 5 02/02/95 000 20 01/13/95 222 134 09/01/94 444 205 02/08/94 222 107 10/24/93 999

The 999 on 10/24/93 is not real.  I had to put something in order to start finding the difference between dates.  The 10/24/93 was the day before the Pick 3 started.  Anyway, here is a chart showing the number of DAYS skipped between triples in order.  You will notice that the median is around 66 and we are on day 65 today!

 1 3 4 5 5 9 11 17 20 28 29 32 39 41 42 45 45 48 58 61 61 63 65 66 68 73 73 74 79 86 87 88 93 107 109 114 119 134 142 145 180 184 205 209 226 306 335

Good Luck!

Here is the chart showing each individual triple.  The red figures are the number of DAYS since that triple has hit up to today.  The 999 is not real.  In fact, 999 has never hit in Texas.  It was put in to give a starting point for the other chart.

 01/13/05 04/03/04 000 294 285 06/14/03 000 371 06/08/02 000 523 01/01/01 000 226 05/20/00 000 1102 05/14/97 000 832 02/02/95 000 03/09/99 111 722 2137 03/17/97 111 11/07/03 222 451 433 08/13/02 222 211 01/14/02 222 115 09/21/01 222 1697 01/28/97 222 129 09/21/96 222 617 01/13/95 222 339 02/08/94 222 08/06/03 333 610 526 12/04/01 333 103 08/23/01 333 180 02/24/01 333 45 01/10/01 333 377 12/30/99 333 380 12/15/98 333 428 10/13/97 333 06/13/03 444 107 580 02/26/03 444 109 11/09/02 444 1926 08/01/97 444 387 07/10/96 444 678 09/01/94 444 11/09/04 555 209 65 04/14/04 555 72 02/02/04 555 2181 02/12/98 555 766 01/08/96 555 335 02/07/95 555 12/25/99 666 205 1846 06/03/99 666 04/09/03 777 2330 645 11/21/96 777 07/05/03 888 17 558 06/18/03 888 1334 10/23/99 888 114 07/01/99 888 153 01/29/99 888 470 10/16/97 888 10/24/93 999 4099

You will notice that the last triple was 555 and that was 65 DAYS ago.

Since I track Day/Night separately, the triple looks more due for the day draw.

Thanks CD.  I am working on a variation of your method of 10 numbers (5 and5) and the variation someone mentioned to you that you posted somewhere here of separating them into 4/4/4 and getting 64 numbers.  That's a work in progress.

I'm also wondering how you post part of your spreadsheet here as you do...?

The "China Method" is very spotty.  Sometimes it works for a while, then cold for a long time.  I will post what I have for Texas at the end of this.

I'm also wondering how you post part of your spreadsheet here as you do...?

I just copy and paste.  I use Internet Explorer and Excel.

Here is what I show for the results of the "China Method".  The yellow means BOX and the red means STRAIGHT:

 01-13 mid 096 81650-73249 503 01-12 eve 816 85071-36249 157 01-12 mid 850 87513-62409 139 01-11 eve 875 13624-70589 968 01-11 mid 136 23471-60589 526 01-10 eve 232 47316-05289 (838) 01-10 mid 447 37416-05289 (332) 01-08 eve 374 17630-45289 426 01-08 mid 117 63045-28197 (880) 01-07 eve 633 60452-81973 (100) 01-07 mid 600 45208-61973 (644) 01-06 eve 455 25086-19473 (822) 01-06 mid 255 02865-19473 (255) 01-05 eve 028 68510-29473 562 01-05 mid 685 68150-29473 124 01-04 eve 686 15082-94736 (040) 01-04 mid 150 50182-94736 312 01-03 eve 501 80295-47316 529 01-03 mid 808 29054-87316 (636) 01-01 eve 290 54872-31609 509 01-01 mid 548 72316-05498 780 12-31 eve 727 31605-49827 (090) 12-31 mid 316 05439-18627 468 12-30 eve 054 39418-50627 763 12-30 mid 394 41398-50627 341 12-29 eve 413 98450-16273 360 12-29 mid 984 58901-62473 328 12-28 eve 589 09816-24753 932 12-28 mid 098 91602-47538 410 12-27 eve 916 09241-76538 257 12-27 mid 092 41760-53289 508 12-25 eve 441 17605-32489 (881) 12-25 mid 176 07532-64819 926 12-24 eve 075 32674-80159 749

The way I used to do the "China Method" is still using my 10-digit number but dividing it up.  I number the positions 12345-67890.  So, to set up the 10-digit number into 3 sets of 4 digits:

1234

4567

7890

Pick 1, and only 1, digit from each row.

You will notice that the China Method is not good at picking doubles.  The doubled digit has to be in position 4 or position 7.

The numbers in the far right column are the position numbers relating to the draw.  Looking at the bottom number...the draw was 075.  0 was in position 7, 7 was in position 4, and 5 was in position 9.

Hope this is useful.

I'M SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED

You are welcome.  I was hoping that the triple wouldn't hit before I posted this again.  Technically, I think I'm posting a day early, but I would be sick if it hit today, especially considering that 13 (today's date) is my lucky number!!

It is easier for those of us that use to play for awhile.  We can bet only 25 cents per ticket and get a 900:1 payout.  That's \$225 for a 25 cent bet!

Thanks, CD.

Yes, I noticed the way the doubles are picked in the system, but I don't usually buy them anyway.  I have the basic set up.  I rank my numbers as you do, then rank them again weighted by recent activity.  It changes the list only slightly.  I then sort the list and the spreadsheet formulas I set up create the numbers for me.  I just need to track how the system is doing.

Ouch, and I was playing 777 during the day (based on a dream I had last month).

The pretests are just their way of cheating.

How true, how true.  But, it's where I live/play.  I have decided they aren't getting a lot of my money...and I can't seem to get ANY of theirs.

They didn't start pretests until 2000...guess they decided they were giving away toooooo much moolah and had to put a stop to it.
