CA could announce joining a multi-state game any time now. And while FL will have to wait for Jebby to plunk his lottery-hating kiester out of the governorship, a multi-state game is also inevitable (even if it is the very last to do so). So, how do you think the Sunshine State and the Golden State will align?

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I know Jeb has term limits. In fact, he'll be out in 2006. Hopefully replaced by someone who will take the lottery more seriously (join powerball, add midday draws for CA$H 3 and Play 4, add quick draw game, etc.). Remember, I lived in Florida until last July.

And another unrelated note, Florida should begin using GTech machines this year. They have been using the SGI technology since 1988 (when the lottery started).

NY had two different systems until 1994.
