How would you feel winning the minimum $10m prize in Mega Millions or Powerball?

Also, please explain. =)

And, does anyone know if anyone ever won a $10m prize from Powerball or Mega Millions? I already know about the $30m prize split. I'm talking about as the only winner.

I would feel cheated at first, haha.  Why didn't I win $315 million like JW? Boohoo.

I'd get over it though, once I realized I had $3.5 million more than I did the day before!

I'd be happy happy. Would make financial situation alittle better. And

give me more to play with.

I know of someone who won a large lotto. They are still going strong

playing the daily numbers as if they hadn't won a thing. I quess it's more

fun to play when you have more to play with.

I put a little of both. 3.5m really doesn't sound so bad.

            you play for a reason.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Exactly, but along with the extreme "happiness", the only disappointment for me would be that that $$ can't fully finance the few projects on my mind.

I didn't think about that.  That's very true.

despite my name, I dont think i'd get annual payments for $10million, especially 20 something of them.

I would be super happy with the base jackpot because that is where I calculate what I'd do with the $$$ and I could quit my job (which I hate but am unfortunately good at---machine shop) on the base jackpot's cash option ;-)

                      any extra will be "icing"
