Some of you may remember my made-up states lottery. Well, some changes have been made. Check them out:
Powerball Plus
In larger Canadian provinces, they have their own in-province versions of the multi-province Lotto 6/49. They are usually of lower cost, lower payouts, and are paid on the same play slip as Lotto 6/49. Well, NK is now doing this with Powerball. It's played on the same play slip, and is played the same way as Powerball. The only difference is it only costs a quarter to play (that's right, 25 cents), the prizes are paid on a pari-mutuel basis, and it's only played in NK. But the biggest difference is that the top prize pool rolls down to the Match 5 pool when theres no winner. Here's the estimated prizes.
Match 5 & PB - $500,000 (Annuity Value-26 yrs)
Match 5 Only - $25,000 or $50,000 on a rolldown
Match 4 & PB - $2,500
Match 4 Only - $150
Match 3 & PB - $150
Match 3 Only - $3
Match 2 & PB - $10
Match 1 & PB - $1
Match PB Only - 2 Free PBPlus Tickets
Daily Mini has been terminated!
Cash 90 Pick-Yo-Prize
Now winners who win on the top tier now has a choice between:
- $500,000 Cash
- $50,000/year for life
Kicker
An add-on game, it must be played with another game. To play, mark the Kicker on any play slip (Triple 6, Lotto, Powerball/Powerball Plus, Fantasy 5, Cash 90, or Daily Numbers), and you'll get a $1 quick-kick for every line of the other game you play. Or you can fill out a Kicker slip, mark 6 digits, and hand that with another game's slip. It's real easy to win:
- All 6 Digits - $100,000
- First or Last 5 Digits - $10,000
- First or Last 4 Digits - $1,000
- First or Last 3 Digits - $100
- First or Last 2 Digits - $10
- First or Last Digits - $1
You can play Kicker everyday, because you can play several other games everyday. The days' Kicker number applies to all the games played that day.
