One additional comment, in GA, it has been observed that the following games frequently carry a number over. The observation I made uses the assumption that it will do so utilizing one of those 45 sets. Will it work, who knows, with some long term observation (play on paper first) it might even help get the odds in our favor.

if the number is not a double or a triple and you put the right single number in the blank space on one of the lines below.

EX; last nights winning number was 493 in Ga. if you had played the 9 on line A or the 3 on line D or the 4 on line E you would have won. Try it on your state , put any one of the winning numbers on the right line, play it with the nine doubles on that line, you will find it was a winner.

      A _9__ 07 17 26 47 05 24 45 67 34
      B ___ 01 23 19 18 14 57 15 25 79
      C ___ 69 09 78 59 38 29 68 16 02
      D _3__ 13 49 06 37 89 12 58 03 28
      E _4__ 56 46 36 08 27 48 39 04 35

These five lines of nine double hit every night if you play the right single on the right line and the number is not a double or a triple.

I do not suggest this as a play if you play for money. It would be too many doubles to play in the long run to profit. But if you have the right single on the right it is only nine bets.
