IA was the first state to raise the minimum age from 18 to 21 for buying lottery tickets.

Forget that, tell Iowa to get some balls and stop using IL. drawing results.

If your serious and don't know, they use the IL. drawing results instead of have their own drawing. Don't know why, maybe they can't afford ping pong balls or a computer to pick the numbers.

I'm sure they can afford their own balls, they pay out more on pick3 and pick4 then Illinois does at it's own games, plus they started Powerball.

I love doubles and remember, it's just a game!!!!!!

Iowa also has and uses their own method of determining winners in their 5/35 Cash Game whether it be computerized or balls.

They use computers for Iowa's $100,000 Cash Game (what a name). As for the subject CO laid out (he really likes these surveys), if I had to put my money on a state doing what I call "The Right Thing", it would be Iowa. But the odds are still high. I really think lotteries need to respect to Age of Majority.
