The Hoosier Lottery is holding a 50/50 Raffle drawing on 3. Apr. 2005. Tickets cost $2 and you get 4 numbers. The website says one drawing for one winner, so I think that they are guarenteeing a winner for this draw. It's about a month until the drawing, and the jackpot is at $5437 and growing. Any thoughts? I think this may be a good one.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I wonder how they'll manage to corrupt this one.

          They would if it's annuity-only.

You would think that since its a "special, one time only thing" that they would pay out more than 50% , where am I some sort of church?  I like the way ontario did it, with winner take all, too bad they got rid of the game.

if it was winner take all, then there would be no way to make money on it.

An annuity for $20,000?! Well, it's Indiana so they just might.

it looks legitimate, for the hoosier lottery at least.

there was a winner, but they have yet to claim their prize of about $300,000. i'd give them time.
