  New Balls: Oct 1, 2004

  # of Sets used: 8 (vs. 17 from prior change)

   

  Oct 1, 2004 thru March 15, 2005 : 

        284 Drawings

  67  one-time hitters

  43  two-time hitters (repeaters)

  23  three-time hitters (repeaters)

  10  four-time hitters (repeaters)

   2  five-time hitters (repeaters)

   2    six-time hitters (378 & 578 have been the best sets)

  NORMALLY, it would be time for TLC to change Ball Sets...

  Is this the way random generated balls should be?

  Don't sound random does it?  You did good checking all this out.  You know whether it is balls or computerized drawings, TLC is always going to have the edge.  One set of balls is truly random, 8 sets of balls is manipulating and not random.
