The only real failure .....is the failure to try.

Luck is a very rare thing....... Odds not so much.

Odds never change .....but probability does.

8 It generated that when I put a 0 as the samllest value and a 9 as
              3 the largest one.
5 There appears to be 1 of each digit there so it can't be random,
4 if it was, at least 2 of the digits would repeat and at least 2
              9 would be missing then.
0 But the sequence of the 10 digits does appear to be random, so
7 maybe that is what they mean, not the numbers, but the sequence.

There are two ways to run it.  The instructions for the way you ran it state that there will NOT be a repeat.  So, if you did like I did for all my picks on the Prediction Page and set the lowest number to 100 and the highest to 599, you will see a LONG sequence of numbers with NO repeats of the exact number.  Yes, if you are considering using the numbers for a box, there will be repeats.

CD you are right, but that is a lot of pick 3 numbers, I guess you just pick any one segment maybe the first that has the ammount of combos that you want, like the first 10 combos from the top down or the first 20 or 30 or whatever, very very good for randon number generation for all states or even for just a few states maybe.

But, I found what I wanted myself "The Integer Generator" I had been looking for something like that for a while, just now it gave to me these digits: Some of them repeat as I wanted.

                    7
                    8
                    7
                    0
                    6
                    9
                    7
                    5
                    0
                    6
706 can be a digit that you can play for TX maybe, the digits came more than once.
The first generator is also usefull you can pick 7 digits out of it and box single wheel them and then play them.
I mean the first or the last 7 digits that it makes out.

Same way American families have 2.5 children.
