the reason the indiana lottery never has any winners is because what they are doing is they are using computerized drawings and having the computer scan for any numbers that are not bet on that day and then that becomes the daily number and the state has to pay out less money and before you know it they got a huge amount of money built up due to this process.the payouts are so low the state of south carolina is about the same size and population, why do they have hundreds more winners everyday day after day while indiana has none day after day, thats because on all drawings they are having the computer put out a number each day that has not been bet on giving the state maximum profit, not to mention indiana is dead last in payout money and winners, also remember the scratch off scandal in indiana last year.....what do you think??? INDIANA LOTTERY IS RIGGED.

The players need to get a good lawyer along with a top notch computer specialist.
Then obtain a secret court order to search and inspect the lotteries computer systems and network for any wrong doing.

You need to get the media interested in this somehow.
