  I'm sure everyone would like a higher payout in New York Lotto. But, if they were to change, what would like to see most, in addition to a higher payout.

  i'd like to see them use the bonus ball for prizes more than just 5+BB.

  I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

  I discarded my vote because the 38%-40% payback is what's wrong with NY Lotto.
