    dude. seriously, if you don't like the payback percentage of a game, don't play it. it's plain and simple. free market economics makes it so you are not forced to play the game. remember that there are people who like playing NY Lotto, and people, like me, who wouldn't mind taking annal payments if we win the jackpot. we respect your opinion, so you should respect ours, because you know what? i'm going to play NY Lotto sometime. i'm going to take the annuity option. i'm going to play PA's lucky for life lotto. i'm going to play mass megabucks. i'm going to puchase scratch-off tickets with an annuitized top prize. and i'm not going to care what you think.
