  Well, today I made another record I think. Previous bound was 31, now
  
  new bound set to 30. I'll try to see if I can reduce it even more.
  
  
  
  I don't know what to say really... 3 WR wheels in 2 weeks is too

  Hi LANTERN, yeah things go rather well on wheels! As for the program, I'll start full development in the next few weeks. Unfortunately my university responsibilities keep me very busy all these months so I cannot fully dedicate my time to the program. But once this is over, I'll start work again.

  If you have something to do, at least do it well...

  As you might had seen I am doing a pick 3 filters tutorial here, it will take a little longer before I put everything there that I want people to see, I don't know yet, if I will put everything there or not, but I will put "most" of the stuff there anyway for sure.

  sorry let me clarify, are these wheels able to give a better chance of winning more than the minimum guaranteed prize, than the standard wheel of the same guarantee.

  The advantage of a minimum wheel is that ensures a minimum guarantee (and multiple hits) when we decide to play with a certain amount of numbers, compared to randomly made tickets from this set of numbers, with the least possible cost.
  
  Now, between two wheels that offer the same guarantee, a smaller one definitely will provide less opportunities for multiple hits, but the guarantee still remains the same. As the main use of a minimal wheel is to have a guarantee with as few tickets as possible, the less is better. Of course, we always hope that the wheel will produce hits above its guarantee, and by that means, we try to assign numbers to our pointer ticket in the wheel, that we hope will be like the winning ticket. In this sense, the smaller wheel is always better to use.

  If you compare the above tables, the differences are small and thus not make any sense to pay for the 31 tickets wheel when you can do the same with 30 tickets, as any multiple hit in lower divisions is considered a bonus. Still, here the 30 tickets wheel don't suffer much in quality as you can see from he tables. By that means, the smaller the better (and surely more tightened cover).
