Hello from Britain!

as an avid UK lottery player, I was overjoyed to find this forum!  Having read a lot of posts, you have given me some great new ways to play the numerous uk lottery games.

If anyone has any tips for the Euromillions game, (I tried to with the £43 million jackpot last week)  and if anyone knows the odds for the Euromillions, I'd be very pleased.

look forward to getting to know you all

Leigh

My tip for you is to focus on the first five numbers, and don't get too caught up in trying to pick the Stars.  Check past discussions (and start new ones) regarding Pick 5 games.  Also, there are numerous Abbreviated Pick 5 wheels here which will work nicely, once you've selected your numbers.  Then, use whatever method you like (including random selection) for picking the Lucky Stars.

thank you thank you! for your replies!

I am looking forward to learning from you all, and maybe trying some of your lotteries, I will post any successes I have with the uk lottery.

I did have an unusual win one night, I play 7 lines for each uk lottery, two of my lines have 4 numbers the same, and one other line has 3 numbers of the 4.  This particular night I matched 4 numbers on each of the 2 lines and the 3 numbers, I was so excited I thought I would have won quite a lot, but I won £56 GBP! which I feel is quite poor as for the 3 numbers I got £10 so for 2 lots of 4 numbers I got £23 GBP each!

you would think for 4 numbers you would win more!

                Hello from Britain!

Howdy Senyor Leigh and welcome! Back in my younger days, 1968-1971 I was staioned at RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge and lived with my family in Kesgrave/Ipswich. That was a marvelous assignment for 3 years. Back then living was very cheap in UK. Used to play the Football Pools. Never won much, just a quid here, and a quid there. The pools man used to come to the house to collect the bet slips and money.
