Megaplier:

Draw it with the same wheel the use to draw the PowerPlay with Powerball. No more computers. Also add a 5x spot.

Pick 4:

Just a run-of-the-mill 4D game.

Lotto Texas:

Go back to a 6/54 format. Texas has too many PB-style games.

Cash Five:

It's fine the way it is, although I would split the 5-of-5 pool between the 3/5 and 4/5 pools when there are no top prize winners. Right now it's just rolls to the 4/5.

Texas Two Step:

Go to a 4/42+1/21 format. Keep payouts the same.

Drawings:

Let the draw officials turn the balls however they can. Right now they only turn them from the back, and that just looks weird. Watch a drawing on txlottery.org and see what I mean.

I suggest that Lotto Texas run a Lotto Classic 6-50 game and begin it at $3 million like in the old days.  If they like, they could offer a megaplier component with it to raise more revenue.

      That would be nice too.

I dont think the sales justify a 5x spot for Megaplier. Also the 2nd tier prize for Powerball is only $100,000 (so the max you can win is $500,000). But the 2nd tier prize for Mega Millions is $175,000 (so the max you can win is $700,000). I think the Megaplier is fine the way it is. The only change I want with the Megaplier is that it is available to everyone who plays MM, not just Texas players.

The only thing to do is clean up the management, and bring back the balls (Hoosier Lottery: We got balls). The games themselves, particularly Hoosier Lotto, are pretty good.
