Where does it say that? I checked the agendas and I saw nothing that suggested that.

you have to look closely. NH is considering pulling out. considering the fact that they hold the drawings, drawing equipment, and the copyright on all games, if NH pulls out, VT and ME could be screwed.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

I see what you mean.  It looks like NH may not like the fact that Maine does not go along with everything they say.

As far as I'm concerned, the Maine Lottery is run by some very SMART people - who will not tolerate the use of random number generators to conduct lottery drawings.  Way to go Maine, never let the RNG in!

If the Tri-State set-up goes under, that will seriously hurt the lotteries in the consortium. All they'll have is Powerball.

NH will do just fine. VT and ME are screwed. they could always put together their own consortium, like IA and IL with their numbers games.

ME and VT need to think bigger, like New Hampshire with Hot Lotto.

Looks like NH may be pressuring the others to go to a RNG for their drawings, so in that case the other states are wise to resist.

NH is good in letting the public know what the lottery is thinking.

Maine is better, because they are resisting the strange urge NH has to go computerized.

Well, ME, NH, and VT are about to start another joint game.
