How can South Dakota use both? They only have one in-state game, Dakota Cash. And Montana uses balls?

Iowa uses computers for the $100,000 Cash Game. And I've just e-mailed Montana to find out their situation.

Oh, and before I forget, CA does still have honest drawings for one game, Super Lotto Plus. Although I fear once Mega Millions comes into the realm, that might change too.
