  There has been some talk on LP about southern states not in Lotto South forming their own multi-state game.

  I think NC and TN will go with an Instate game or lotto south.  SC is going lotto south because they are not going to start an instate lotto.  As for two multi state games in the south I don't think so.  However, by the time NC gets ready to roll, Mega Millions may change their minds about not expanding.  Wait and see I guess.

  i think tennessee will eventually join lotto south.....
