CA, NY, and TX require the cash/annuity choice when you PLAY instead of after you win. All three states go to computer drawings for their in-state games. The computers are manipulated so that only those who chose annuity have a chance to win the jackpot.

Well when lottery games become purchasable online from the actual lotteries individually  then players can effectively vote with their pocketbooks as to what they will or will not tolerate .... only then will lotteries begin to really pay attention to the fact that computerized draws are something people don't really want.

    Good luck to everyone!

What kind of game? Probably a lot of them. Our state game (Megabucks) is 6/49 ...it pays $500 for 5/6, $25 for 4/6 and $3 for 3/6.

      I no longer play it.
