This is in another thread, but I just noticed that thread is already 7 pages long, so I will copy it here.

I have just started a new way of picking the Pick 4, so it isn't proven yet, but I will share some of it for you to consider.

I looked at the last 10 draws for Midday and Evening for all states and looked for something common.  What I found that amazed me was that the fourth digit in the previous draw was very often the digit that repeated.  So, right now I'm trying an 8-digit wheel with a Key #.  That Key # is, of course, the last digit of the previous draw.  So, you will notice my Pick 4 predictions on the Predictions Page have the same first digit in all the picks for that particular draw.

What I am trying is keeping the same last digit (as my first digit in the wheel), and adding one to the other digits.  I stay away from doubles because it requires me to go through after the wheel has done its job and delete duplicates.  Way too much work!!

So, an example or two.  GA Midday on Saturday was 8147.  I move right to left keeping the first digit and adding one to the rest:  7529.  That's only 4 digits!  The other four, I do like this:

12345

67890

I have the 7529  and I pick the corresponding digit for each one to get the 8 digits.

7529

2074

I still don't want doubles, so I can't have the 2 in the bottom row.  I look at all the numbers to see which ones are missing.  Starting from 0 and working up.  Well, 1 is missing so I will change the 2 in the bottom row to 1:

7529

1074

Now the only problem is the 7. The number 3 is not used, so I change the 7 in the bottom row to 3:

7529

1034

Now I have 8 digits with no doubles to put into my wheel.

I will post the wheel in the next post...

Here is the wheel.  Of course, subsitute your numbers for the numbers 1 through 8 in the wheel:

When you are adding, if you don't want doubles, then you may have to add more than one.  For instance, if the last draw was 4789 then you keep the 9 but when you add 1 to the 8, you get another 9, so add 2 for a zero, etc.  Your final 4 digits would be 9085 and your second set of 4 would be 4530...which needs to be changed to avoid the doubles.  The 5 in the second set would be changed to the first available digit (1) and the 0 would be changed to the next available digit (2) which gives: 9085  4132...now you put those into the wheel and you get:

You will have 35 tickets to play and if 4 of your 8 numbers are drawn (ABCD only) and one of the numbers is the 9, you will win (all 4 will match).

This is brand new, so I don't know if it is going to work, but thought I would share it.  Maybe some others can help improve it.

      Good Luck.

I keep changing how I am picking numbers.  I'm changing the way I do Pick 3 and Pick 4 tomorrow.  I will try to stick with that method for awhile.  I get impatient and change when I don't see a LOT of results!!  Silly me.  I did have a nice STRAIGHT in the Pick 4 tonight in Wisconsin.  Maybe more later!  No, I didn't play it!!  The only state I'm playing Pick 4 in right now is Washington, D.C.  I have been doing well there for some reason.

The method I explain above may still work, but it takes too long for me to do all states and all draws.  I want to do as many each day as possible so I can refine my methods by seeing how many wins I get.  So, for now I will let this method go.  Maybe some of you can profit with it in your state.
